Coronavirus is a worrying time for everyone, Family Connect want you to know that we are here to offer our support.
Family Connect is the local Safeguarding Hub for Telford. If you are worried about someone you know - a friend, a sibling or maybe yourself – don’t sit in silence, speak up.
You can get in touch with Family Connect by using our online referral form. All referrals will be treated confidentially.
Please note that this referral form is for use by members of the public, if you are a professional, please complete a Request For Service form.
You can also contact us on 01952 385385 option 1 where you can speak to an Advisor about your concerns. Family Connect is open 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you would like to speak to someone out of hours, please call 01952 676500.

Support available for your mental health and wellbeing
Bee U is the emotional health and wellbeing service for people, up to the age of 25, living in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
It is designed to help you:
- Cope
- Get help
- Manage in times of crisis.
Kooth is one of the services Bee U provides, it is an anonymous 24-hour online service offering peer support, self-help and have trained counsellors to talk to.

Free online courses for parents
Telford & Wrekin Council is providing free online courses for parents. Want to know more about the way your teenager’s brain works? Want to understand more about your child?
