Only information that is relevant will be shared with other agencies where appropriate, this may include name, address, date of birth, presenting issues/ concerns and any previous history held by any of the partner agencies. All information shared will be held confidentially and securely by all partner agencies and all agencies must comply with Family Connect information sharing protocols.
